Starting in 2008, our general sales listings of daylilies are now being offered by our sister nursery at Southern Skies Gardens. This will help us to ensure you order arrives on time and without delays. We promise to respect your privacy and will not share our files with anyone for any reason. Jackie and I take great pride in supplying the finest quality plants available. We try to only ship two fans or more of bloom size daylilies. Our new introductions will be Single fans or better when we can. Since we are a very small grower, each year we sell out of several cultivars. We suggest that you contact us prior to placing your order to avoid disappointment. Substitutions: If for some reason we cannot fill your order as written then we will contact you prior to shipment. Please include a phone number and an email address if you have one, on the order form. Otherwise your order will be delayed. Shipping: Shipping will begin and end as common sense and weather dictate, usually from May through September. We will wait until our plants are growing strong before we start shipping in the spring. If we are delayed by extreme weather, we will resume shipping by region and as we can handle the load. We would prefer to ship via UPS if possible to our domestic customers. If you don’t receive your package on time, please contact us immediately. We ask for your help by taking the responsibility for the tracking of your own shipments since we have so many orders going out, it’s simply not possible for us to check on each and every one. We will continue this season to ship via other carries at your request even though this puts a hardship on us. Please call or email if you have any questions/comments. For large orders, over 20 plants, we will ship these at cost. Please contact us forinstructions on a shipping deposit. The actual shipping charge will be billed separately from the order, at our cost. International Orders: International orders are welcome. Please see our order form, and email, or call/email us for details as needed. We realize that the currency exchange rates leave our customers at a disadvantage. We will do everything we possibly can to reduce our customers’ additional costs and losses. Just let us know what we can do to help. Our Guarantee is simple: Satisfaction Guaranteed! We ship plants that are true to name and in top condition. Our nursery has been inspected by the State of Tennessee Department of Agriculture and has met or exceeded all of the requirements. We are certified for shipping into your area or country, or will be prior to shipping. We don’t take any short cuts in this area.
