TRIBAL COUNCIL Jackie Pryor ’05 Diploid #99127 32" EE Re 5¾" 5 way branching with 45 buds. The darkest Winsor red, a velvety overlay and a green throat.  It blooms very early season, often two weeks before Stella De Oro and is followed by as many as six sets of scapes.  The flowers typically have 15 serrated petal segments in a hose in hose form.
